Pricing is clear and upfront, based on your pick-up zone and kilometres travelled, with no hidden surprises. Pre-booking ensures your driver is ready when you are, so you can relax and enjoy the journey. WHAT TO EXPECT We’re not a taxi service, we’re a private driving company. That means: *Every booking is reserved just for you (no sharing with strangers). *Pick-up times are confirmed at the time of booking. Guests can request changes, but any adjustments will depend on the driver’s schedule for the day. *The South West is a vast region, and it often takes time and distance just to reach your starting point. Our pricing reflects that commitment and reliability. *There is a minimum charge of $25, so for example, if your calculated fare is $23, you will be charged $25. *If your trip includes more than one stop, you must book a private driver on an hourly rate. STANDBY AND WAITING TIMES We know delays happen and will always do what we can to accommodate. *Complimentary window | Up to 10 minutes * After that | Waiting time may be charged at $95 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments. *Courtesy notice: If you are delayed past the complimentary window and the driver has another booking scheduled, the driver is entitled to leave to complete the next job. No refund will be issued in this situation, so please be courteous to your driver and other guests. *Evening Surcharge: Trips starting after 7:00 pm attract a loading of 25% *Airport Transfers: Airport transfers are priced differently to account for longer waiting times and flight delays. Please contact us directly for a tailored quote. *Payment Policy: All services must be pre-paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your transfer.
