This is a chauffeur-only service for guests who already know how they want to spend the day. No itinerary planning, no guided touring, just discreet, reliable transport, by the hour.
You decide when to start, where to go, and how long to stay anywhere. Wineries, long lunches, coastal stops, your own pre-booked plans - I handle the driving, quietly and reliably, start to finish.

FAQ
What does "chauffeur-only" mean?
Just the driving - you manage the itinerary and venue choices yourself. If you'd rather I plan the day, Private Wine Tours is the better fit.
How do I book?
Enquire with your preferred date, group size, pick up/drop off location and itinerary either via the enquiry form, emailing us or calling us.
How is it charged?
By the hour, minimum 4 hours, total duration agreed in advance.
Does the hourly rate change depending on where I'm picked up?
Yes - pricing depends on your pick-up location and the overall distance for the day. I'll confirm the exact rate when you enquire, based on where you're starting from.
What's included in the fee?
Exclusive use of the vehicle, a private driver for the full booked duration, and complimentary bottled water. Venue costs - tastings, meals, purchases - are settled by you directly on the day.
What if we finish earlier?
No refund - the vehicle and I are reserved exclusively for your booking for the full period regardless.
What if we run over?
We can talk about it on the day. Extensions depend on availability, charged in 30-minute increments, paid directly to me at the end of the service.
Does an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. We require a deposit to secure your reservation. You will also receive a booking confirmation with the details of the service booked.
What deposit is required?
50% deposit to secure the booking, balance due 14 days before the service. Bookings within 14 days of the date require full payment upfront.
And how do I pay?
Credit card or bank transfer. Credit card payments carry a surcharge.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You sure can. Cancellations done 14+ days before: full refund. 7–14 days before: 50% refund. Within 7 days: non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable. All timeframes calculated from the scheduled start time.
Can I leave belongings in the car?
You sure can. Hopefully you'll be picking up a bottle or two from the wineries and local produces along the way — leave it in the car with everything else, no need to carry it around all day. The car stays locked at all times, though I can't take responsibility for your belongings.
I need a driver, but I don't know where to go. Can you help?
That's exactly what Private Wine Tours is for - planning, venue selection, and driving all included.
I only need a lift for lunch. Is this the right service?
Probably Transfers instead, for something that short. If you would like to have a driver at your disposal though, than yes, Private Driver is the right choice.
Are you a family-friendly service?
While we are family-friendly, guests need to be 7 or older - Western Australia's child restraint laws mean I can't transport younger children as we don't offer child seats. At least one guest aged 18+ needs to be on every booking
