The Bespoke Itinerary & Private Driving service is designed for guests who would like guidance shaping their day in Margaret River, while still retaining the flexibility of a private experience.
This service combines private driving with a concierge-style planning process. Before arrival, we take the time to understand what guests enjoy, what they prefer to avoid, and what they hope to experience during their visit. From there, we recommend wineries, producers, and experiences that align with those preferences, and arrange reservations or tickets where required.
The focus is on thoughtful structure rather than filling the day. Visits are planned in a logical order to make the most of time on the road, with considered pacing at each stop. Days are intentionally not over-scheduled, allowing space to linger where it feels right, or to adjust plans as the day unfolds. If time allows, additional stops can always be added organically.
This approach removes the pressure of decision-making while keeping the experience personal.

INITIAL CONVERSATION
Once an enquiry is received, we connect with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and what they would like to achieve during their time in Margaret River.
ITINERARY PROPOSAL & QUOTE
Based on this conversation, a tailored itinerary suggestion is prepared, including recommended venues, experiences, and a proposed structure for the day. A quote is provided at this stage.
CONFIRMATION & RESERVATIONS
Once the itinerary and quote are confirmed, we proceed with arranging reservations and bookings where required. Any tasting fees, meals, or experience costs are settled directly by the guest with the venues, unless otherwise agreed.
PRIVATE DRIVING ON THE DAY
On the day of the service, guests are hosted privately with a dedicated driver, following the agreed itinerary while allowing for natural adjustments as the day unfolds.
FLEXIBILITY THROUGHOUT
While the day is planned in advance, there is always room to linger longer at a venue, adjust timing, or include an additional stop if time allows.

How involved are you in planning the itinerary? Planning is collaborative. We begin with a conversation to understand preferences, interests, and priorities, then propose an itinerary based on this discussion. Guests are welcome to provide feedback.
How many venues are included in a bespoke itinerary? Rather than working to a fixed number, itineraries are designed around balance and timing. We avoid over-scheduling the day, allowing time to enjoy each stop fully. If time allows, additional venues can be added on the day.
Do you make reservations and bookings for guests? Yes. Where required, we can arrange tastings, lunches, and experiences as part of the planning process. Any associated costs are settled directly by the guest with the venues unless otherwise arranged.
Can plans change during the day? Yes. While the itinerary is thoughtfully structured in advance, flexibility is always maintained where possible. Guests should be mindful, however, that tastings, meals, and experiences arranged on their behalf are subject to the individual terms and cancellation policies of each venue. Some bookings may be non-refundable if changed or cancelled at short notice.
Does submitting an enquiry confirm my booking? No. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Reservations are only confirmed once the itinerary, quote, and required deposit have been accepted and received.
Is this service private? Yes. All bespoke itinerary services are delivered privately, with the vehicle and driver dedicated exclusively to your booking.
I don’t need a planning conversation, I’d prefer something easy and pre-defined. Is that an option? Yes. Guests who would like a set, all-inclusive itinerary without a planning consultation may wish to explore our Signature Experience. This is a pre-defined day through the Margaret River region, with tastings, experiences, and lunch arranged in advance, allowing guests to simply enjoy the day without needing to make decisions.
How are payment and confirmation handled for this service? Bespoke Itinerary & Private Driving includes planning and booking coordination in advance of the service date. A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the service. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
What is the cancellation policy for bespoke itineraries? Cancellations are subject to Oak Drive Co.’s booking terms, as well as the individual cancellation policies of venues and experiences arranged on the guest’s behalf. Some bookings may be non-refundable if cancelled or changed at short notice.
Is this service suitable for all group sizes? Bespoke itineraries are designed for private groups and are tailored according to group size and preferences. Vehicle suitability is confirmed at the time of enquiry.
