Transfers are delivered privately, with a dedicated driver and vehicle reserved exclusively for your booking. Whether travelling locally, heading further afield, or connecting with an airport, the focus remains on punctuality, discretion, and reliability.
This is a transport-only service operating to a confirmed pick-up time and destination.
LOCAL TRANSFERS
Local transfers are available between accommodation, wineries, restaurants, and venues within the Margaret River region.
This option is suited to guests who require:

Local transfers operate to a confirmed pick-up and drop-off location. Any waiting time or additional stops must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
LONG-DISTANCE TRANSFERS
Long-distance transfers are available between Margaret River and surrounding destinations, including (but not limited to) Perth, Pemberton, Denmark and Albany.
These services are ideal for guests travelling between regions, relocating accommodation, or connecting with onward travel.

Airport transfers are designed to remove uncertainty around arrival and departure logistics, particularly for guests unfamiliar with the region.
Flight details are required at the time of booking so arrival times can be monitored and pick-ups scheduled accordingly.
Transfer Conditions & Classification

Transfers are journeys with one pick up point and one drop off point. If multiple stops are requested, or if the vehicle is required to remain at the guest’s disposal, the booking will be classified as Private Driving and charged accordingly.

A fifteen-minute grace period applies to all point-to-point transfer bookings.

Time beyond the grace period is charged at the applicable Private Driving hourly rate, calculated in thirty-minute increments.

Evening and late-night services may attract additional loadings.

For airport transfers, the grace period does not apply where delays are caused by flight schedule changes.
Long-Distance & Airport Transfer Notes

Long-distance and airport transfers apply to point-to-point services outside the immediate Margaret River region, including transfers to and from Perth Airport and Busselton Margaret River Airport.

What is the difference between a point-to-point transfer and Private Driving? Point-to-point transfers provide direct transport between locations at a confirmed time and destination. If multiple stops, waiting time, or flexible use of the vehicle is required, the service is better suited to Private Driving and will be charged accordingly.
What are the payment and cancellation terms for transfers? Point-to-point transfers are subject to Oak Drive Co.’s standard payment and cancellation terms, which apply across all services.
