What is included in the Personalised Wine Tour? This service includes itinerary consultation, venue and experience recommendations, booking coordination where required, and private driving on the day. Tasting fees, meals, and experience costs are paid directly by guests to the venues unless otherwise agreed.

How is this service different from Private Driving (chauffeur-only)? Private Driving is suited to guests who already know where they would like to go. Bespoke Itinerary & Private Driving is designed for guests who would like guidance shaping their day, with venue selection, pacing, and logistics handled on their behalf.

How involved are you in planning the itinerary? Planning is collaborative. We begin with a conversation to understand preferences, interests, and priorities, then propose an itinerary based on this discussion. Guests are welcome to provide feedback.

How many venues are included in a personalised itinerary? Rather than working to a fixed number, itineraries are designed around balance and timing. We avoid over-scheduling the day, allowing time to enjoy each stop fully. If time allows, additional venues can be added on the day.

Do you make reservations and bookings for guests? Yes. Where required, we can arrange tastings, lunches, and experiences as part of the planning process. Any associated costs are settled directly by the guest with the venues unless otherwise arranged.

Can plans change during the day? Yes. While the itinerary is thoughtfully structured in advance, flexibility is always maintained where possible. Guests should be mindful, however, that tastings, meals, and experiences arranged on their behalf are subject to the individual terms and cancellation policies of each venue. Some bookings may be non-refundable if changed or cancelled at short notice.

Does submitting an enquiry confirm my booking? No. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Reservations are only confirmed once the itinerary, quote, and required deposit have been accepted and received.

Is this service private? Yes. All bespoke itinerary services are delivered privately, with the vehicle and driver dedicated exclusively to your booking.

I don’t need a planning conversation, I’d prefer something easy and pre-defined. Is that an option? Yes. Guests who would like a set, all-inclusive itinerary without a planning consultation may wish to explore our Signature Experience. This is a pre-defined day through the Margaret River region, with tastings, experiences, and lunch arranged in advance, allowing guests to simply enjoy the day without needing to make decisions.

How are payment and confirmation handled for this service? Bespoke Itinerary & Private Driving includes planning and booking coordination in advance of the service date. A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the service. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

What is the cancellation policy for personalised itineraries? Cancellations are subject to Oak Drive Co.’s booking terms, as well as the individual cancellation policies of venues and experiences arranged on the guest’s behalf. Some bookings may be non-refundable if cancelled or changed at short notice.
